SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Our Processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped.
Shipping takes 3-7 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
During a Mane Stop Sale or major restock i.e (black friday,ect), processing times can take 7-14 business days, and shipping time is 3-5 business days.
International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. The Mane Stop does not cover tariffs or custom fees.

The Mane Stop is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it , you must take this up with the United States Postal services or FedEx and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/FedEx.

The Mane Stop does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.
The Mane Stop is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to The Mane Stop you are responsible for additional shipping ees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
