Yes. The Mane Stop is 100% unprocessed hair that can be colored and or bleached any level desired. However, when coloring hair we recommend that you consult with a professional.

Absolutely, treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Shampooing and conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend deep conditioning your hair once a week or bi-weekly. but avoid using oil or heavy styling products. .

With good maintenance, this hair can last a lifetime. We put no expiration date on our hair. Please treat this hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.

Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. Also if you cut your tracks you may experience shedding due to the fact the weft is not broken and strands are easier to slide out. If this happens, seal the wefts to prevent shedding. To help with shedding each raw bundle is double wefted. However, to prevent any shedding we recommend that your stylist upon installation , stitch and knot around the weft not through the weft of the tracks(if a sew install is being done). This will help prevent shedding. Proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

We restock once or twice a month.

All items are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Our Processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 3-7 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. During a Mane Stop Sale or major restock i.e (black friday,ect), processing times can take 7-14 business days, and shipping time is 3-5 business days. International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. The Mane Stop does not cover tariffs or custom fees. The Mane Stop is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it , you must take this up with the United States Postal services or FedEx and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/FedEx.
